LIVING FOOD & NUTRITION WORKSHOP

Living food is essential to nutrition and gastrointestinal health. Processed, pasteurized, and artificially preserved foods, though maybe an important or unavoidable part of the diet, need to be supplemented with living foods, like sprouts, which have a very high nutritional profile, and fermented foods, like sauerkrauts, root sodas, and more.
Get hands-on experience and taste an array of living foods while you’re here. Bring a small jar or two to bring home some sauerkraut and kombucha. Take some recipes with you to incorporate living food into your daily diet!
Workshop cost with online registration in advance is $25-$50 sliding scale; cost at the door is $30-$55. Please register at aprovecho.net/registration.
Scholarships are available once we meet our quota. Children under 12 are always free!
Herbal tea will be provided. Please wear warm clothing and bring any tools or materials of your own you would like to use.
