Hunters Moon Harvest Dinner
Fall Fundraiser & Silent Auction
Saturday, October 24, 4pm-10pm
We are so excited to host our third annual Harvest Dinner! This is going to be a fun, festive event, featuring local food, artists, raffles, and more! Thanks to a generous donor, we will receive a matching dollar-for-dollar grant up to $10,000 to further our efforts here at Aprovecho, and we can’t wait to have a lot of fun doing it!
PLEASE RSVP! There are a limited amount of seats and we don’t want you to miss your chance to come!
The date is Saturday, October 24th, with arrivals starting as early as 4pm and kicking the event off at 5pm with a guided tour of our beautiful campus (NOTE: please bring sturdy shoes and weather-appropriate attire if wishing to do the tour) We will move on to a locally-sourced, organic, full course dinner (menu to come!) at 6:30. During this, there will be locally crafted libations, live music from talented artists, and as most of you know, our much-sought-out raffle and silent auction featuring many items from talented craftsmen and businesses here in the Williamette Valley.
The cost is sliding scale $35-50, with children 12 and under free. Festive attire is requested! Please purchase tickets in advance on our website (link coming) and RSVP here on Facebook.
We appreciate all support from you, so even if you can’t make it please feel free to make a donation on our Gofundme website here www.gofundme.com/aprovecho AND please spread the word of this fun event!
The night will be filled with local community members and fun activities, so come on out, bring a friend, and learn what new is happening here at Aprovecho!
PLEASE NOTE: If you are interested in volunteering for this event in exchange for admission, there are a limited number of positions available, so please call (and leave a message for) our volunteer coordinator, Andy Boynton, at 616-745-6292
