The Fish Camp Book

This is a mini-booklet on The Aprovecho "Fish Camp Stove: A Zero-Cost Wood Burning Portable Camping Stove Made From Recycled Cans: How To Build Your Own. This design by Dr. Larry Winiarski has also been called the Rocket Stove, the Pocket Rocket and Estufa Rocky. Just like our classes, it's a combination of some basic stove theory and simple directions to build your own. Includes drawings and photographs.

The Winiarski Agricultural Food Dehydrator       $5

Plans for a institutional sized food dehydrator. The dryer can yield approximately one pound of dried apples or tomatoes per pound of fuel consumed and can dry up to 250 pounds of fruit at a time.
